month ago, MINOR damage, nothing mechanical... I am waiting almost A MONTH to get my car back and I have to call them for any updates!!! I specifically asked that the repair on my car be done by Toyota Collision Center and they sent it to some fly by night body shop instead! I have NO RECOURSE on that! The incident happened almost a month ago, MINOR damage, nothing mechanical.

Hated everything about dealing with them. of our vehicles have been hit by Progressive customers. Dealing with their claims department is a joke! They don't bother to contact you with any updates...
